- Responsible for managing the maintenance and repair contract / works of Central Air-Conditioning Systems.
- Daily operation management of maintenance and repair projects and execute related processes.
- Prepare work schedule, equipment & material submission, shop drawing, service report, etc. for repair and renovation works.
- Prepare quotation, tender bidding, cost estimation and budget control.
